contact@taxtools.network

This address covers all 5 member sites. It is hosted on the austax.tools domain for historical reasons — it was the network's first site — and a network address may replace it later; mail sent to it reaches the same place either way.

There is no contact form, because a form on a static site needs a third-party script and this site does not run any.

What to send

  • A correction. The most useful thing you can send. Please include the page URL, your inputs, the output you got and the official source that says otherwise — the corrections policy explains what happens next.
  • A question about how a calculator works — which rule it applies, what assumption it made, why two sites give different answers for what looks like the same situation.
  • Press, research and citation enquiries. Including requests to confirm who publishes a site, how a figure was derived, or when a page was last reviewed.
  • A request to cite or reuse something. Say what you want to use and where; attribution to the specific member site and page is the usual answer.

What cannot be answered

Requests for advice on your own tax position. The network is not a registered tax agent, accountant or adviser in any of its five countries and cannot tell you what to put on a return, whether a deduction applies to you, or how to structure anything — see about the publisher. Your tax authority and a qualified local professional are the right destinations for those, and a reply will say so rather than improvise.

Nothing sent to this address is confidential in a professional sense, so please do not send tax file numbers, national insurance or social security numbers, or copies of returns. Nothing that can be answered needs them.

The member sites

Each site also carries its own contact and legal pages:
